Jaguar XF wins "Design of the Year Editor"s Award" in the 2008 Fleet World Honours

LONDON, United Kingdom - Jaguar has claimed the FleetWorld "Design of the Year Editor"s Award" for the second year running– this time for the award-winning Jaguar XF.

Further adding to its collection of accolades, this is the twelfthinternational award the four-door sports saloon has picked up since itsreveal last September. With more than 5,000 orders secured in the UK, theXF"s success in its home market is ever-growing.

Commenting on the award, Chairman of Judges George Emmerson said: "TheJaguar C-XF won the Editor"s Award in last year"s Fleet World Honourslargely on the strength of its appearance – a quite stunning automobile tolook at. Notably, the XF recently clinched the coveted "Car of the Year" awardfrom What Diesel Magazine, What Car? Magazine and The Sun Motoring. Autocarnamed it their "Design of the Year" while Top Gear has hailed it their"Limo of the Year" since its launch.
